By creating an account or using ImageAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

ImageAI provides AI-powered image processing tools including but not limited to: • Background removal • Image upscaling and enhancement • Style transfer and colorization • Image compression We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

You must create an account to use AI processing features. New accounts receive 30 free credits. Each tool consumes a specific number of credits per use. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system.

You agree NOT to: • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content • Use the service to generate deceptive deepfakes or misleading media • Upload, generate, or process sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse our AI processing systems • Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits or overload our servers • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of the images you upload and the processed results. By using our service, you grant ImageAI a limited, temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. The ImageAI brand, logo, UI design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. ImageAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stability AI, Google, or any other third-party AI model provider. We provide access to third-party AI models through their official APIs to deliver our image processing services.

ImageAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Loss of data or images during processing • AI processing results that do not meet your expectations • Service interruptions or downtime • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ImageAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Credits consumed for AI processing are generally non-refundable, as costs are incurred from third-party AI providers upon each request. If you experience a technical issue that results in failed processing without a result, please contact us for a credit refund review.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your remaining credits will be forfeited and your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
